This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of RealTalk Software Inc. (“RealTalk,” “us,” “we,” “our”) in connection with your use of our website(s), application(s), and related services (collectively, the “Platform” or “Services”). The Services are intended for real estate professionals and provide an AI-powered conversational experience for property and market intelligence, including MLS-gated functionality for verified MLS users.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to websites or services that display a different privacy policy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that we may process information in the United States and other locations where we or our service providers operate.


What constitutes Personal Information?

Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked (directly or indirectly) to an identifiable individual or household, or that is otherwise treated as personal information/personal data under applicable law.


Information we collect

We collect information in the following contexts:

1) Information you provide

  • Account and profile information, such as your name, email address, and other information you choose to add.
  • Professional verification information, such as information used to verify your eligibility for MLS-gated features.
  • User inputs and communications, such as prompts, questions, messages, and feedback you submit through the Services.
  • Search and workflow information, such as filters, criteria, and parameters you use to generate results.

2) Information collected automatically

  • Service and device information, such as IP address, browser/device type, identifiers, log data, timestamps, and usage/activity data.
  • Cookies and similar technologies, used for authentication, security, and analytics (see “Cookies and Tracking Technologies” below).

3) Information from third-party sources

  • Real estate data sources, including MLS and MLS-related vendors and, when MLS data is unavailable, other property data sources.
  • Mapping and geocoding services used to support location-based features.
  • Authentication services (if you choose to sign in using a third-party login option).

MLS data and confidentiality

Certain content and features may include MLS listing data and related materials that are subject to MLS rules, confidentiality obligations, and licensing restrictions. Access to MLS-gated features is limited to users who complete our verification process. You are responsible for complying with applicable MLS rules and professional obligations when using MLS-related content.


How we use information

We may use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services (including authentication and account administration).
  • Verify eligibility for MLS-gated features and enforce applicable restrictions.
  • Process your requests and generate AI-assisted responses.
  • Personalize and improve the Services, including troubleshooting, debugging, and performance analysis.
  • Communicate with you about the Services (e.g., verification messages and service notices).
  • Protect the security and integrity of the Services, prevent misuse, and enforce our terms and policies.
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

AI processing and third-party service providers

To provide AI features, we may transmit your prompts and relevant context to third-party AI model providers and related service providers (for example, providers that support logging, monitoring, and debugging). These providers process information on our behalf to deliver the Services.

We do not sell Personal Information. We do not share the text of your questions or conversations with advertisers for advertising purposes.


Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Essential functions, such as login/session management, fraud prevention, and security.
  • Analytics and performance, to understand how the Services are used and to improve reliability.
