The role

We're looking for a Growth Consultant to help us execute campaigns over the next few months as we launch in Phoenix. You'll help bring campaigns to life across many different channels.

This is a great fit for someone who can operate autonomously and is comfortable with rapid change. One part of the job will be running the campaigns, and the other part is setting them up to run by themselves.

What You'll Do

• Help plan and execute marketing campaigns for RealTalk
• Plan and schedule events
• Create and post social media content
• Draft targeted email campaigns announcements
• Help manage campaign calendars
• Research real estate agents and distribution partners
• Create content based on product videos and customer stories
• Set up systems to track campaign performance and help identify what is working

Who You Are

• You are capable of working with a lot of autonomy
• You can write good copy by hand (without AI)
• You understand social media and what makes content engaging
• You can manage multiple projects at once

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with the real estate industry, especially residential sales
• Experience with the standard suite of startup marketing tools
• Basic analytics experience
